Friendly and helpful flatmate sought

I'm looking for a flatmate to occupy the second bedroom of a brilliantly located flat in the heart of Notting Hill. Please read this description in full detail before sending an enquiry.

The rent will include all bills and can be negotiated according to the extent that you are happy to help keep the flat tidy, will generally be around at home, and help with minor household chores. This will suit someone who works from home and/or enjoys spending time at home.

The living room will not be shared but for a flatmate who is on the introverted, quiet side, this can be reconsidered. I ask that you do not have guests in the flat due to the size of the flat though if this is needed, please ask and I am more than happy to be reasonable in the circumstances.
