*Female preferred* bedroom available in Notting Hill

We’re two young professionals in their mid/late 20s looking for a 3rd flatmate (girls preferred, sorry) to share our lovely, tidy and clean split level flat in Notting Hill as our flatmate is sadly moving out*.

A bit about us, Gina and I (Rachel) are both in our mid/late 20s (according to Gina 27 is mid 20s but for me is more late 20s lol) and met in the flat. We have (corporate) jobs in the city, go to the office twice or three times a week and work from home the rest of the time, so looking for someone respectful of everyone’s space and work commitments.
We like to hit the gym/ reformer Pilates couple of times a week and try different workouts on ClassPass. We enjoy going out for a stroll in the portobello market followed by an aperitivo and newly discovered a passion for gardening.

The flat is located between Notting Hill and Westbourne Park tube stations with plenty of pubs and bars. It is only 5 minute walking away from the Portobello Road and Bayswater/Queensway High Street.

There is a spacious kitchen, a lovely little balcony, two bathrooms (one full bathroom with shower/tub and a half bathroom) lots of storage area and a shared living room in the flat.

What we’re looking:

* Clean, tidy and respectful of everyone’s privacy
* Preferably long term

*note from flatmate: Only reason I am leaving this room is because I am moving outside the UK. I am looking for a new person to replace me who is preferably a young professional, clean, tidy and respectful.
