Modern en-suite room available in Notting Hill

Hi there, I have a modern en-suite room available in our Notting Hill flat. My flatmate and I have lived here for 4 years but he’s now moving out and I’m looking for a new person to share with. We’ve both been really happy here and have kept the place clean and in great shape (as I hope the photos show!)

Location:
The flat is located just off Westbourne Grove, which has loads of cafes, pubs and bars, and just a 10-12 min walk from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate tube. Royal Oak tube is also 8-10 mins away. It’s an exclusive, leafy area of the city with Hyde Park and Holland Park in walking distance.

The Flat:
The flat is furnished (minus the desk/desk chair seen in the photos) and the room has spacious built-in wardrobes, under-bed storage and rain shower. The tenancy agreement is 1 year with some flexibility on start date as my flatmate moves out - although this would likely be from 5th Aug through to no later than 28th Aug. I have a good relationship with the landlord and he’s always been reasonable and contactable if needed. Bills have typically been £100-£120 per month on top of the rent (Westminster council tax band D). Deposit and references are to be confirmed by the landlord.

About Me:
I’m a friendly, busy young professional who typically spends 3-4 days in the office, with some business travel from time to time. I like to socialise and will usually agree to a drink or coffee nearby! Having said that, I appreciate coming home to a quiet and clean flat so I’m looking to share with someone who is respectful and tidy.
