Short Term Sublet - Notting Hill Bed & Bath

SHORT TERM SUBLET:
Start date is 17th JULY for approximately 3 weeks but potentially flexible on dates.

I'm renting out my bedroom, which comes with a king size bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, in my light and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You will be renting my bedroom and my flatmate will be living in the apartment, although she travels a lot.

The flat is newly decorated in the heart of Notting Hill, with some of the best bars and restaurants in London just walking distance away. 5-10 min walk to Portobello Rd & Golborne Rd and 5 min walk to Ladbroke Grove tube (Hammersmith & City line). 15 min walk to Holland Park tube (central line)

The apartment itself is extremely quiet and peaceful. The bedroom windows are double glazed to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a relaxed, open plan living space with a TV that has Netflix etc. There is also a lovely private garden.
