Room for Rent - Notting Hill/Bayswater

Hey everyone! I’m leaving London, so my room in my flat is becoming available.

Here is an overview of the room + flat:

- 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment
- rent is 960 pounds, bills are ~90 pounds
- the room is 1 of 3 bedrooms that share a toilet and shower; 1 other bedroom is ensuite
- room is very spacious, very warm, insulation is the best I've had in London
- the lease has 1 year and 8 months left on it; you would be taking over my part of the lease
- the deposit is ~1 months rent
- Available ASAP! But latest by end of August

More detailed information to follow:

My flatmates and I signed a 3 years lease about 1 year and 4 months ago, meaning that there are 1 year and 8 months remaining on the contract. If you decide that you would like to leave earlier, the process is simple (happy to share more about it).

The room is located a few minutes walk from Royal Oak station and a 15 minute walk from Queensway station. There are 3 other housemates in the flat.

The flatmates are:

- 2 women (brazilian/spanish architect 25, french/chinese consultant 23) and 1 man (french/british software engineer 24)
- we met through spare room! we like to hangout sometimes on the weekend, but also enjoy our own space :)

We are looking for:

- a young professional or mature student
