Short let - Double room in Notting Hill

Hi there! I will be renting my wonderful double bedroom for the entire November (dates negotiable) and I am looking for someone tidy, clean and respectful of the property.

Available for visiting from October 15th.

There is two other tenants living in the flat, the lovely Sara, from Italy (who also speaks Portuguese, French and of course, English) and her boyfriend Lucas, from Rio de Janeiro. The flat is at the basement
and there is no living room. However, we have a small patio at the back which is nice to get some fresh air and chill.
Rent covers most expenses and cleaning twice a month. The house is located at 5 mins walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station (Hammersmith and City Line) and 15 mins walk from Holland Park (Central Line). Vibrant Portobello Road market is at 3 minutes walk, with plenty of shops, food stalls and cafes. Please drop me a message if interested, telling me a bit about yourself. Thanks
