Beautiful double bedroom in bright garden flat

Large double bedroom in central Notting Hill. The flat is situated on the lower ground floor in a property located on a quiet residential street and has its own entrance.
The flat has white walls, wooden flooring, high speed internet, a kitchen, living room, bathroom and patio garden. All bills are included and that also includes a weekly cleaning lady.
The room has very generous wardrobe space, a double bed, and nightstand. There is space for additional furniture.
You would be sharing with me, a professional female that typically works from home but also travels 2-3 days every other week for work. One of the main reasons that I have opted to rent out the room is because I have a cat and I need someone (who loves animals :)) to take care of her when I travel.
This is a relaxed and friendly household so it would suit a professional, tidy person that is looking for a quiet place to hangout in-between work and social engagements.
