I am relocating so need someone to take over my tenancy - agent requires you to pass the referencing checks on Canopy (must earn over £38k and able to provide previous rental history and confirmation of employment).
The current tenancy runs until 31st March 2025. You will be able to extend by another year then if you wish!
Ideally the move in date would be mid September now.
Current flatmate is a professional female who is super lovely and friendly - ideally looking for a new flatmate who would become a friend and not just a ‘passing ship’ housemate (a closed door is also always respected). She enjoys cooking, going out for food/drinks and exploring different parts of London … equally as much as a nice dinner party in the flat or a chilled movie evening.
Bills are not included in rent - they are roughly 180pm.
