LOCATION: Great transport links, the house is situated between 3 tube stations, about 8-10 mins walk to Holland Park tube, Latimer Road tube and Shepherd's Bush tube/overground. Bus stop for routes 295/315 is 1 min walk. & Westfield Shopping Centre is a 7 minute walk.

We are only 10-15 minutes walk to Portobello Rd and the vibrant and trendy Notting Hill scene, with many bars and restaurants as well as the world famous Portobello Market. Holland Park itself is about 10-15 mins walk. Westfield shopping mall is 7 mins away, and we have Shepherds Bush market, food shops & a good variety of cafes & restaurants nearby. A short walk to Kensington Leisure Centre, offers fitness classes, gym, and swimming pool also the Westway Sport Centre with gym, football pitches, tennis courts and a climbing wall, is just down the road.

THE ROOM: -a bright double bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a hybrid mattress. includes a large chest of drawers, double wardrobe with full length mirrors, a comfy chair and small table. There is also extra storage in the bed and under it, and the room has been newly decorated and has new flooring.

Shared Kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual, a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Access to washing machine and dryer. The home has a shared bathroom.

I have a comfortable and relaxed family home. Mostly it would be just sharing with me apart from occasional family stay-overs. I do have lots of family nearby so there are regular drop ins of offspring and grandkids and dogs.

I'm very easy going and have an open tolerant disposition but I do like my home clean and tidy. I am an artist so from time to time there may be an ongoing project around!

I don't mind if you smoke just not indoors. The kitchen leads to the patio garden where smoking is fine.

£1350 pcm + 1 months deposit, some bills are additional at approx £60pcm, and I require 4 weeks notice period.

You will be clean, tidy and considerate, and will also have an open tolerant disposition. You will need to appreciate this is mostly a quiet and comfortable home, but with family visits you must be ok with small children and dogs.

I work from home so would prefer someone who works on site and doesn't work from home.
