A cosy room available from October 1st in a five person flatshare situated in an incredible location on the cusp of Notting Hill and Bayswater in a beautiful mansion block with a daytime porter. Living with four female flatmates ranging in age from mid/late twenties to late thirties - all lovely and everyone is very clean and considerate. Everyone works full time.

It is a basement flat with no living room, but a nice kitchen which everyone keeps consistently clean.

The room comes unfurnished and fits a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is a wardrobe pictured which is great for extra storage. The room is back from the road so very quiet, warm in winter and cool in summer heatwaves. It shares a recently renovated and painted bathroom (with bath!) with two others in the flat. We take turns cleaning the bathroom every weekend.

The room is not suitable for anyone needing to work from home, so we are looking for someone who works full time outside of the flat.

A few minutes walk from both Kensington Gardens and Westbourne Grove shops. 6-7min walk to tube stops Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Bayswater (Central, District, Circle). 17 minute walk to Paddington station (Elizabeth line, Bakerloo).

Rent is £767, bills included. During winter months, we need to pay extra to cover the heating costs. This would not exceed £100 extra each for the year.

Our priorities are considerate, clean people who are nice to others in the flat and who do not work from home. We love living here and look forward to hearing from interested people who fit the bill!
