Sunny bookish flat in Notting Hill

Hi there, thank you for looking. I'm a female flat owner in my forties. I work in the NHS and am often away overnight during the week. I'm looking for someone who needs a place Monday to Friday (or ideally Thursday). You'll have the use of the whole place which includes bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, as well as one of two wardrobes, for your personal items. The flat is fully furnished and decorated and I intend for my collection of books, plants, etc to stay in situ. I'm trying this out on a short term basis in the first instance but a longer term arrangement can be discussed in due course with the right person. I'm looking for someone mature and easy-going who'll appreciate and maintain the aesthetic and vibe of the flat. Bills included - and council tax is currently on a discount so I would request you pay the 25% balance as no longer single occupancy. Council tax band D.
