The flat is ideally located in Westbourne Park, very close to Bayswater and Maida Vale. Within a 2 min walk away, you have the underground and various bus stops/bikes. Supermarkets and essential shops are close by (Tesco, Sainsburys, Poundland etc.)
The famous Portobello market is 3 mins away and has plenty of lovely restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Ladbroke Grove tube is a 6mins walk. It's a lovely, calm neighborhood, and we’ve love living here.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen (with all the appliances including 2 fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), an amazing huge living room with dining space, a small garden and a secure bicycle shelter right behind the building. The entire flat is double glazed and there is plenty of space and storage, both in the flat and the bedrooms.

The bedroom is large and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The 3 other housemates, Sara, Ele and Michelle are all lovely, very warm and friendly and I am very sad to be leaving this flat. They are all professionals in their early 30s who work 9-5 on a hybrid basis during the week. We all keep the flat clean and tidy and are mindful of noise, especially during the week.

Rent is £930 per month and we pay around £85 for all our bills. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to do a deep cleaning and the cleaner fee is £25 per person. The deposit is £900 (which is secured into a DPS).
There is a £50 change of tenancy fee for the room. Move in date is from the ~3rd/7th of May!

Our ideal new housemate would be female in their 30’s, a full-time professional, on a hybrid basis during the week, tidy and respectful.

The landlords are a lovely couple that live in the UK and are quick to respond whenever we need them.
