Fantastic Double Room in Notting Hill

This is a lovely double room, in a split level flat with patio in the heart of Notting Hill, available from the end of November. And am looking for a friendly housemate, as Dave has just bought a flat.

I have lived here for 5 years and it's a great spot to call home. It has a nice outside space and living split level makes it feel more like a house than a flat. The estate is very quiet and well kept and is a great place to live.

There is a washing machine, no dryer but we do have a room for storage with space for clothes airers.

The bathroom and toilet is shared.

Heating and hot water are included to the building which helps keep the bills down.

Internet is included also.

Council Tax is quite low as it Westminister Band C, and Thames water is not metered so its a fixed monthly price.

Transport links are great. It's a 5 minute walk to Westbourne Park Station, 10 minutes to Notting HIll Gate, Paddington station is a short bus ride, and there are lots of bus services.

There are 6 months on the current tenancy agreement, and there will be an opportunity to renew from June 21st 2025.

There is a £50 tenant referencing fee to the estate agent as well.
