Room in Mews house in Notting Hill

We’re looking for another housemate to fill the 3rd room in our Mews house in Notting Hilll. The room is a downstairs furnished small double room with and en-suite bathroom. You will share the kitchen/ living room area with me and Megan and we also have an outside terrace which is lovely to use in the summer with a bbq, sofa and table/ chairs.

We’re looking for a professional housemate who we can spend time together with as well as having our own lives. We enjoy socialising together and love a Sunday board game night or occasionally cooking dinner together too. We would really like to find a housemate who fits in with this dynamic.

About us: we’re 25&26 and I work in finance and Meg works as a textile conservationist. In terms of wfh meg works from the office 5 days a week and I wfh 3 days a week. Meg is Australian and I am British and we both enjoying travelling, going to Pilates and playing netball socially.

Logistics: our new tenancy starts on the 10th January so we would require someone to sign the lease beforehand and go through the regular checks that our letting agency requires. Bills are around £100-£150 a month depending on summer/ winter.
