Double Room in Notting Hill Flat Share

I'm moving out of my lovely double room in Notting Hill, so looking for someone to take my spot. The room has a loft double bed, which creates loads of space underneath – perfect for a desk, a cozy lounge, and some shelving.

You'll be sharing the flat with one other person - Nikolaj is 25 male, working in the civil service. He's of British descent, a very laid back personality and socialable. He's in a relationship though his girlfriend doesn't live in the flat.

There's a shared living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. One of the best perks is access to a private park only to surrounding residents - think just like the movie.

The area’s amazing too – right near Portobello Road with plenty of shops, cafes, and great transport links. It's a 10-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Station and from Holland Park Station. Kensington Leisure Centre is also close by if you're into gym sessions or swimming.

Bills are not included in the rent cost. Bills cover water, gas, electricity, internet, and council tax (band E) - roughly works out to be £140-150 per month per person.

Some requirements include:
- having right to rent
- passport / visa if applicable
- no outstanding CCJ's
