Lovely Double Room W/Private Balcony, Notting Hill

I am looking for somebody from Monday to Friday stay. This would perfectly suit a professional working in London and going back home during the weekend. A much nicer and cost effective alternative to a Hotel, where you can also leave things over weekend, and use as your 'weekdays home'.

Would suit professional working in London and needing to stay mostly from Mon to Friday.

Very calming flat with large room. Quiet location, with lots of privacy and a stunning amount of daylight.
Sun rises from Kitchen/Lounge in the morning, and with the benefit of the sunshine setting on the afternoon/evenings.
It would suit perfectly for any professional working in the inner city during the week, having both the privacy of a room, while being close to the city and places to go out within walking distance for the evenings.

Some other features:

- At least 18sqm space with brand new Sofa & TV (on its way!). Making it your own living room during the evening, should you wish to.

- Double bed, with medium-firm memory foam mattress. This can be recliner should you wish to have open space in the evenings while you are here. This is a good solid and firm one, not some cheap murphy bed ;)

- Engineer wood flooring all thorough, with extra 5mm sound & thermal insulation underneath for extra soft and natural feel.

- You would also have your own desk/table extendable up to 1.2m.

- Communal living space in kitchen/Lounge with extendable table if/when needed.

- Whilst the room benefits from a stunning 7 windows space, these have all fully blackout slide blinds for an effective light blockage.

- Anti allergen pillows and quilt. 100% cotton reversible duvet cover & pillow sets & 200 thread count sheets.

- Built in wardrobe and kitchen storage. You can leave things over the weekend if staying for longer.

- You are of course welcome to use facilities during the week such as washing machine.

Extra info/about myself:

- I am friendly and easy going.

- It is only me living in here, with my kid coming to visit most of weekends, hence why the weekly arrangements.

- I would have a preference for the same person to be here long term ideally, for familiarity. I could consider some reduction in rent for much longer term in that case. If couples, then we can also speak further.

- There would be occasional weekends you could stay over too. It does not have to be strictly Mon-Fri all the time. I have my kids coming over to visit me during some weekend hence why. Equally, there would be just a few occasional weekdays that I will not be able to have someone here (use half of school breaks as reference!). Having said that, we can arrange and decide in advance.

Location & transport:

-2 minute’s walk to Portobello Market and Food Market along Portobello Road.

-15/20 mins walk to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, depending on your walking pace ;)

-10/15 mins walk to Holland Park area

- 4 minutes walk to Westbourne Park Station

- 6 mins walk to Ladbroke Grove’s Station

- 15 mins from Notting Hill gate’s station
