Looking for a cozy summer stay in London? I’m letting my studio in a student accommodation in Notting Hill from 6 Aug to 7 September (flexible)!

💰 Security Deposit:
There may be a £200 security deposit, depending on the student accommodation’s policy.
👉 If the accommodation does not require a deposit, this amount will not be charged. I’m just including it here in case it's part of their standard process for new contracts.

Instead, you could be registered as a guest to stay in the studio. The accommodation allows 5 free nights per month, and after that, it’s just £10 per extra night, charged through the official guest policy.

This arrangement is fully within the building’s rules. I’d register you properly, and you’d have full access to the studio while I’m away travelling. I’d also remain the official tenant and handle all communication with the accommodation if needed.
