Lovely. room in Notting Hill mews (June - Sep)

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely and social house share. It's a 3 bed house on a gated muse street, it's secure and quiet but only 10 mins walk from Portobello Road. Great travel links as Ladrboke Grove station is just 5 mins walk away and Notting Hill Gate about 15 mins. There is a virgin active just a few minutes from the house also.

You will be living with 2 guys,, both 27. Everyone is very friendly, social and respectful and each have busy jobs and social lives so aren't in the house all the time. The room is fully furnished with a built in wardrobe.

The contract for the house ends on 29th September and the guys won't be renewing so the room is available for 2 months only. As it's just a short let, I would require payment for the 2 months upfront.

The bills are all done separately and managed really well through a tide account. Works out about £150pm. Rent is £1250 for the room.
