Ideally located, close to the world-famous Portobello Road Market!

Available to move in preferably 16th July, but no later than beginning of August.

Cat considered but will cost an extra £100/month.

The flat is owned by a private landlord.

Buses 7, 27, 28, 31, 70, and 328 are all approx 7 mins walk.

Nearest are Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill Gate, under 15 mins walk to each (or a short bus ride).

Tesco and Sainsbury's are on Portobello Road. Waitrose and M&S approx 15 mins walk, and Sainsbury's superstore is a short bus ride.

An area with a great vibe and friendly locals. Plenty of retro shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs.
Portobello Road is busy everyday, especially on weekends, where you'll find stalls selling antiques and handmade goods.

Self-employed Massage Therapist for 27 years (NOT a "masseuse"!).
Tuesday/Thursday I'm at an office 10am-5pm. Other days I do mobile massage therapy. I often work weekends.
Love to travel.
I am a cat lover, but I don't have a cat.
Learning to speak Ukrainian🇺🇦, and take Zoom lessons two mornings a week, usually Monday/Friday. I also need to brush up on my French.
Huge David Bowie fan. I was in my teens/20's in the 1990's, so I mostly like 90's-alt (not mainstream), house, and jazz.
I love the Christmas season (must be the 🇨🇦 in me 🤷‍♀️), and I put up a tree and decorate the living room for about a month every year.
I am a gluten-free (intolerant, not coeliac) vegan ↔️ vegetarian. I am not bothered at all by other people's dietary preferences.
I like to think I can cook 🙃, and keep plants alive 👀....
I used to be committed to adult ballet and reformer pilates, and for at least a year I've been saying I want to start up again 🤸......
I am very clean, tidy, quiet, and considerate of other people's needs to have their own quiet time and space.
I am happy to live with someone who prefers to keep to themselves, or who likes to strike a balance between alone time and the occasional deep conversation over a glass of wine, cooking a meal together, watching tv, or maybe an occasional outing.
I do not smoke.

❗️This will not suit someone who comes home frequently after midnight, slamming doors, and walking all over the flat in their outdoor shoes ❌️🥾.
Would prefer male, but will consider anyone.
Someone who is clean, quiet, considerate, easygoing, and who cleans up after themselves.
Smoking/vaping is okay but on the balcony only.
Happy to consider anyone who may have some furniture, decorative pieces, or art that they'd like to include in the flat.

1st floor flat, there is a lift.

The flat is currently being updated (painted, etc), and will be ready prior to moving in.

Usual mod cons, including a double oven (which I LOVE!), countertop gas stove, large fridge/freezer, extensive cupboard system, and a washer/dryer combo. Plus the usual small appliances.
We each have our own double cupboard for our own food, and share dinnerware and cookware, etc.
Living room 🛋......
Usual furniture, including a new Samsung TV.
There is a nook with a large 6 seater dining table.
There will be an empty bookshelf free to use.

There is a table and seating, as well as solar string lights. It faces the back.

Toilet is a seperate room from the bath/shower room - which has a storage closet.
Hallway 🚪↔️🚪.....
Lots of storage closets, as well as a very large, hidden shelving area used for shoes.
Outside 🌳.....
Basketball court and picnic tables at rear of building. Bike storage may be available.
