The flat itself is in a fantastic location—just a 1-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate station, several supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants. It has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen filled with natural light and is fully furnished throughout. The flat is c. 80sqm.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me. I'm a 33-year-old Dutchie, in the office 5 days a week. I’m relaxed, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and privacy. I’ve lived here for 4.5 years and love the area. I enjoy socialising with friends on the weekends but keep things chill during the week.
