We are looking for a wonderful new flatmate in the heart of Notting Hill

* We do prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female*

The room:
Beautiful spacious room, with lots of natural light. Comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, shoe rack, and small cabinet. For those who WFH, there’s also a possibility to purchase my desk. There’s also additional storage space also available for bigger items.

House:
You would share the bathroom with a shower with two other flatmates (third has her own bathroom), but there is also a second toilet on the lower level. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and equipment and includes a dishwasher. We also have a separate wonderful dining room.

Housemates:
Would be sharing this lovely house with three lovely gals! Ages 28-36, it is a busy group that works during the week and enjoys London and traveling on the weekends. Chats in the kitchen are common, outings are occasional, and everyone is friendly :)

Location:
5-8 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove (Circle & Hammersmith and City lines) and ~15 min walk to Holland Park (central line). 10 minutes from Portobello Market, and close to so many restaurants, pubs, gyms, and amenities in Notting Hill. I’ve always loved living in this area!

Bills:
Rent for the room is £1,028 and deposit is £1,010. Bills are split between flatmates and currently about £135 per month + £48 per month for a weekly cleaner. Council tax band E
