I am vacating my single room, located just behind the main part of Portobello Road, in a quiet peaceful square.

It's a small single room. Two windows and an accessible balcony, with pretty view of the church.

Shelf unit.
Bed table.

About the house:

1st floor, no lift.

Kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, storage units and included washing machine.

Shared bathroom.

There are 3 more rooms in the house. Two of the rooms are currently occupied by two lovely young professional females.

The house is peaceful, quiet and clean.

Cleaning of common spaces included once a month.

About the area:

You'll be in the centre of Notting Hill, with restaurants and shop and everything you need just a minute away. Every morning, and during the weekend, you will enjoy the famous Portobello market just one minute away from the house.
Just under the house is a beautiful garden with public access.

Very well connected area to central London:
Bus 7 and 23 to Oxford street
Bus 27 to Tottenham Court Road / Camden
Bus 55 and 70 also nearby.
Notting Hill gate Station and Ladbroke Grove station just 10 minutes walk away.
Paddington Station 5 minutes away by bus.

The price of 920 includes all the bills and taxes, WiFi and monthly cleaning.
The contract lasts until 31 August 2026 and can be renewed through the agency.

I am flexible with the dates, that can be organised between September and October.
