Lovely double room minutes away from Hyde Park!

Hi!

We have a double bedroom with a shared bathroom becoming available in our bright, modern, and spacious flat in the heart of Bayswater, approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Hyde Park and just around the corner from Notting Hill.

The room fits a double bed, desk + chair, shelving unit and comes with a large fitted wardrobe (4 doors). The bathroom is shared with one other female.

Our flat is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained property and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared open-plan living room, modern fitted kitchen and separate laundry cupboard.
All appliances are new, including dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

You would be sharing the flat with two professional females: myself, Emma 37 y/o from Sweden, and one other professional female, Amelia (30) from Canada.

We value keeping the flat clean and tidy at all times and are respectful of others space. As we both live busy lives and sometimes work long hours - Emma working in Fashion and Amelia as a Lawyer - our home is our sanctuary where we can re-charge and unwind.

This is not at all a party house and we prefer to keep our social lives outside the flat (ie. not having big groups of friends coming over etc.)

We get along really well and would like to keep the good spirit in the household, enjoy a glass of wine together, go for brunch or dinner every now and then, or simply just have a chat in the kitchen.

* Rent: £1,133/month (bills extra – approx. £150–200/month, includes an amazing cleaner who comes every 2 weeks)
* Deposit: Approx. one month’s rent
* Tenancy runs until May 2026, with the option to renew (we usually do!)
* Move-in date: November 5th
* The flat and bedroom has come unfurnished, so there is a furniture takeover requirement (including bed, sofa, tv, tables, shared dining, etc). Cost to be discussed
* Referencing required: Please note that a minimum income threshold must be met for the tenancy checks
