One Double Bed in Notting Hill available!

I’m potentially looking to put down an offer on this lovely flat in Notting Hill, next to Westbourne Grove and looking for a flatmate. :)

DISCLAIMER: it’s a 36 months contract with 12 months breaking clause.

I’ve viewed the flat in person and have videos. We can also request a second viewing so you can personally have a look as well.

There’s a lovely huge balcony and the flat is quite cosy! Just FYI, the second bedroom doesn’t have storage as it is a bit small. But we can work something out to fix this.

Bus stops are close by as well as two main tube station (Westbourne Park and Royal Oak). All well connected!

The flat is on the third floor but there’s a lift!

The area is lovely and it’s best seen through the videos to have a better idea!

I’m 31, I’m from Italy and work for an interior design company. I’m easygoing, laidback and chill. Enjoy cooking, quite active and paint from time to time (still an amateur haha)!

I love being chatty but equally respect personal space as I understand we all have busy lives!
