Beautiful double room in the heart of Notting Hill

A beautiful double bedroom is becoming available in our cosy Notting Hill flat, as my wonderful flatmate who’s lived here for 12 years is moving into her own place. This isn’t just a place to crash; it’s truly a home filled with warmth and character.

We’re tucked away in a peaceful spot just 7 minutes from Portobello Road, with Westbourne Park and Royal Oak stations a short walk away (5–7 mins), and Notting Hill Gate about 15 minutes on foot if you fancy a stroll. Buses right outside the door take you straight into central London.

The flat is on the second floor, with two double bedrooms overlooking a sweet little park. There’s a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all full of light and good energy.

You’ll be sharing the space with me a 33-year-old Greek-German Psychologist. I’ve lived around the world and travel often. I love reading, cooking for friends, pilates, meditation, nature, painting, art, music and discovering amazing bakeries and pastries. I keep my home quiet, always filled with fresh flowers, and treat it as a sacred space.

I’m looking for a professional woman (34–42), someone kind, clean, and respectful, with similar interests and values. You must not work from home (as I do), and if you plan to start working remotely soon, this won’t be the right fit. Ideally, you travel often for work too—so we both have time to enjoy the flat solo.

The room is fully furnished, but I’m happy to chat if you have some of your own pieces. It has a wardrobe and also a build in closet, so there is plenty of storage. Bills range from £120–£160/month, and we may add £20 for a cleaner once we find a new one.
