Room in Notting Hill flat share

Hi, we are two friends looking for a very clean and tidy 3rd flatmate for our spare room.

Rent is £765, deposit is £961. Bills are approx £125 in summer and approx £155 in winter.

Flexible move in date before 11th December.

Bedroom is a small unfurnished double room, in a flat with large furnished shared spaces. We are open to selling some bedroom furniture for half-price.

Location is 5 mins walk to Latimer Road Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), 12 mins walk to Shepherd’s Bush Station (Overground and Circle lines) and 5 mins walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.

Our landlord requires that tenants are in full time and permanent employment, or has a guarantor if not.

We are two friends (mid twenties) who sometimes go on nights out and occasionally have parties, but we also like nights in with movies on our projector.
