The room is light and spacious with a gorgeous outlook. It is partly furnished with a bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Plenty of storage within the room and flat. Modern kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.

Current flatmates are all professionals working full time. As there is no living room there isn't a huge amount of socialising in the flat though we are all friendly and respectful and keep the flat very clean.

Would suit someone who is working full time mostly from the office. We are looking for someone who is friendly and will assist with keeping the common areas clean and tidy and be respectful of other flatmates.

Looking for someone to move in on 25th November for minimum six month lease though longer can be negotiated with the agents.

£950 per month with all bills included.
