Rent is £765, bills are approx £125, deposit is £961.
Location is 5 mins walk to Latimer Road Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), 12 mins walk to Shepherd’s Bush Station (Overground and Circle lines) and 5 mins walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.
Our landlord requires that tenants have a full time and permanent job contract.
Please only message if you are eligible for tenancy and are very clean and tidy! We have high standards of keeping our home nice.
Room is available 11th January, but we can be a little flexible.
