Double Room with Private Balc & Bath Notting Hill

From 1st Feb onwards (flexible with move as long as it is not before this date), I will have a double bedroom free in a lovely spacious flat in Notting Hill. I am ideally looking for shorter term renters (2-6 months), but not super strict on this.

Included: Access to the double bedroom on the top floor, the top terrace (South facing), and the family bathroom will be exclusively for the renter. The flat also has a spacious living room with large windows, a nice kitchen with all amenities, another terrace on the first floor, which are all shared spaces.

The flat is a 3-4 min walk from Notting Hill Gate Station, so very easy to get most places in London.

You would be sharing the flat with me only, I am a 26F currently doing a masters at Imperial in Investment. I am friendly and well natured but also work pretty hard so looking for someone who is not too loud around the flat and respectful of each other's space. That said, when I have the time then I love to see friends, watch movies or explore London, and am also happy to have a flatmate to share some of those activities if it works out that way.
