My flatmate and I are looking for a new professional female flatmate to join us from 1st February 2026.

The new flatmate will be joining on the last 3 months of our contract with the possibility of signing a new contract afterwards for 6-12 months.

The rent excludes bills. With the increase of electricity we estimate the bills around £120 per person per month.

The flat is extremely well located, right in the centre of Notting Hill, 2 minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station, and less than 10 mins walk to Hyde Park!

Very close by you will find supermarkets and cool restaurants & pubs. Also, the flat is on the top floor of the building (there’s a lift) so you get amazing views over London and no neighbours upstairs!

It is situated over 2-stories, with the kitchen, guest toilet, and a very spacious bright lounge room downstairs, with a balcony overlooking Notting Hill.

Upstairs there are the 3 doubles bedrooms and main bathroom with shower and bath.

Your bedroom is a south facing big double bedroom which enjoys natural light all day long. It's got a double bed, bedside table and you can fit a desk and chair in as well.

You also have a spacious walk-in wardrobe inside your room, plus another space to leave your suitcases or any other bulky items.

We are two friendly female professionals. We enjoy having dinners together or a drink on the balcony while chatting about our day, but also like having our own space and quiet time.

We're looking for a non smoking professional flatmate who's friendly, social and tidy.
