Great area and flat is well located.
5minute walk to Portobello Road, shops, cafes, market, 5min walk to Westbourne Park station, 15min walk to Notting Hill Gate station (also bus goes there), flat is a few minutes walk to bus stop.

The flat is split across 2 levels, lots of natural light in the living room & kitchen. It’s on the 3rd floor w/a balcony (bbq’s not allowed).

The flat has one bathroom with bathtub (& shower attachment) + sink, then a separate toilet & sink, helpful for flat sharing.

The room is a cosy single room with single bed (brand new bed), and good amount of wardrobe storage.

Bills included: electricity, gas, water, council tax, wifi (w/in BT’s fair use policy).
There is option for a cleaner at additional cost.

Sharing flat with one other flatmate, a full time professional with blended work from home/office. She is very tidy and clean. Friendly while discreet and respectful, doesn't party at home, and overall is an amazing tenant.
We are looking for someone who matches this.

Ideal candidate:
- very clean & tidy, responsible, non-smoker, non-partyer (not hosting gatherings in the flat), friendly/easy going, and respects space.
- ideally a professional who has as a job outside of the flat, or at least not WFH full time
- someone without a ton of stuff/clutter.
This flat would suit someone mature/responsible who likes calm when they are at home but still social/friendly.

Would be great for someone who is traveling / working /or socialising outside of the flat and not much there but wants to feel at home and appreciate the location when they are there.
It could suit someone on a short term work placement, or part time working in London etc..

The letting is for an initial 2-5 months. Depending on the person/situation there could flexibility around these timelines.

Single occupancy only, i. e. No couples or friends sharing the room.

No pets, no smoking/vaping/drugs.
