Hi, I’m renting out my 2-bedroom top-floor Georgian conversion for a short period while I go away for work and plan a full renovation later this year. The flat is a really comfortable, private space with great bedrooms, and some really high quality items too, but I want to be transparent that the kitchen and bathrooms are cosmetically tired (everything works properly, it’s just not newly finished).

• By The Westbourne and The Cow
• Waitrose - Bayswater and 1Rebel - Bayswater a couple of minutes’ walk
• Lime bike/scooter bay right outside

Who it suits

Ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, well-located short let and doesn’t mind that the kitchen/bathrooms are a bit dated cosmetically. The price reflects all bills included and the location and really just covers my mortgage and the costs while I’m away.
