Dreamy double in Notting Hill

Hi! I’m Leila, a 30 year old Australian who has been living in London for 3 years. Sadly my current housemate is moving back home to Australia so I’m looking for someone new to share our Notting Hill apartment with. I work full-time in finance and work 4-5 days a week from the office.

I am looking for another gal in her late-20s/early-30s who also works full time. Ideally you are a long-term housemate however I must flag that our lease is up for renewal in September and there’s no guarantee our landlord will extend, though I would like to stay in the flat as long as possible as it’s a lovely place to live! The room is available from 25th March.

The flat:
Located on the top floor of a Victorian terrace in Notting Hill, the flat has timber flooring throughout with a modern bathroom and kitchen as well as an airy, light-filled living and dining room. The flat has central heating and comes fully furnished (including crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, washer/dryer) with plenty of storage. You’ll be renting one of the two bedrooms in the apartment which is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, dresser and corner desk. The room has a really nice view of a quiet street with the pastel coloured houses of Notting Hill.

The area:
There are lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, gyms and transport links nearby. The area is lovely to walk around and feels safe. You’re within walking distance of Portobello Road, Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park and more. Shepherd’s Bush, Latimer Road and Holland Park tube stations are all within a 5-10 minute walk. You can also jump on the overground from Shephed’s Bush. Westfield White City is a 5 minute walk away.
