Lovely double room on Portobello Road

Hello!
I’m moving out of my room in May and looking for someone to take over the room and sign a new tenancy with my lovely flatmates from 25th May (available 1 week earlier if required).

The Room
It’s a small but cosy double, with a great built-in wardrobe and plenty of under-bed storage. The bed and mattress are mine, but I’d be happy to leave them if that’s helpful.

The Flat
The flat is fully furnished and strikes a great balance between social and relaxed living. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with views over Westbourne Grove, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a sunny balcony overlooking Portobello Road - perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink.

The living space is a real highlight: large, cosy, and set up with a comfy sofa area, dining table, and a bar/record corner.

Location
You couldn’t ask for a better Notting Hill spot:
Right on Portobello Road (famous for its market, cafés, and character)
10-minute walk to Notting Hill Gate & Ladbroke Grove stations
Surrounded by amazing restaurants, pubs, and local shops
You can apply for a permit within the estate, or council parking

The Flatmates
You’ll be living with 3 friendly, easygoing professionals working in the film/ music industries. It’s a sociable flat, we enjoy the occasional flat dinner or drinks, but everyone has their own routines and respects downtime too.

Who we’re looking for
A like-minded, tidy, and considerate professional who’s looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a place to stay.
