Double room Notting Hill

I have a double room in a lovely spacious flat available immediately (min 2 and a half months let to start with).

The flat is a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate station, has 2 terraces and is spread over 3 floors. The room is double (please note that it is a sofa bed but has a very thick mattress topper so is very comfy). You would be sharing the family bathroom with one other female.

Preference for a tidy, friendly and respectful female.
