🏡House and shared spaces: One-story house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets, a cosy tv room, brand new kitchen, separate dinning room and a study. There is a private garden/ patio, great to use in the summer for BBQs and enjoying the sun. Kitchen included dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, full size fridge and plenty of plates/ bowls/ mugs/ glasses/cutlery etc already included.

📍Location: The house is in off the street in a gated area with secure resident-only access. The area sits between Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove, which offer plenty of options for dinning out, drinks and shopping. Local Tesco/ Sainsbury’s is only a 3-5 minute walk, and the closest gym (Virgin Active) is a 5-minute walk. Close to Holland Park and Hyde park.

🚇Public Transport: Closes tube is Ladbroke Grove, only a couple minutes’ walk, or Notting Hill gate, 10 minute walk.

👤About us: I’m Hugo, 25, and currently working for a professional services firm in the city and I live with a good mate, Tom, also 25, and works in sales for a luxury hotel in Mayfair. We love living in Notting Hill so far due to the fantastic location and lively atmosphere. We’re very social and always enjoy going out for dinner or to one of the local pubs (there are so many option!). I like to play rugby and tom as an avid cricketer. We like the odd movie night and both big into our cooking and enjoy cooking for the group.

💡Who we’re looking for: We’d love someone sociable (boy or girl) but respectful of shared spaces — ideally a working young professional or postgrad.
