Double room with spacious living area

I am looking for someone to take over my beloved double bedroom in Notting Hill.
A bright, furnished room (bed, desk, nightstand, closet) in a very spacious apartment with separate living room and huge live-in kitchen.
Leonie, your future roommate, is a MA student from Germany - very sociable, nice, and easygoing.
We like to think of our Flatshare as friends (having a chat or dinner in the kitchen is normal) and would love to keep it that way.

Bills are not included and range between 120-150£ p/month.

Our current contract includes an upfront rent payment scheme but we are trying to change that with a new tenant moving in!
