Single Room- Westbourne Park

We’re looking for someone to take over a **single room in our 3-bedroom mezzanine flat in Notting Hill (W11)**, available from **early September**.

The flat has:

* 🛏️ Single bedroom
* 🚿 1 shower + **2 toilets**
* 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
* 🛋️ Living room
* 🌿 A lovely balcony that gets **natural light throughout the day**
* 💷 **£910/month + ~£60 bills**

📍 **Location is a big plus** — we’re in a quiet residential area but right around the corner from **Portobello Market** and loads of great spots in Notting Hill. **Westbourne Park tube is literally 2 minutes away**, with Circle & Hammersmith & City lines, so getting around London is super easy.

👬 **About us:**
We’re two guys, **27–28**, both working full-time on a hybrid basis (usually 2–3 days in the office). We’ve been friends for a few years, so the flat is friendly and social, but we also respect each other’s space and have our own lives.

We’re both pretty active and like playing different sports regularly, and we’re **big foodies** who enjoy cooking when we have the time. We also try our best to keep the flat clean and would love for that to be maintained.

We’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going who’s up for a good flat dynamic, whether that’s cooking together, having a drink or just doing our own thing.
