2 Bed Flat in Notting Hill - From Oct 1st

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my lovely 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Notting Hill from 1 October.

The flat is in an amazing location (less than a 5-minute walk from all the shops, coffee, restaurants and bars along Westbourne Grove) while still being tucked away on a lovely, quiet street. It’s on the main floor with great windows and lots of natural light. The available bedroom comfortably fits a double bed, which is included with the room.

My current flatmate and close friend, who I’ve lived with for a long time, is sadly moving back to the US, so I’m looking for someone new to share the flat with. I’d ideally love to find someone who is social, friendly and enjoys going out, exploring London, travelling and making the most of living here. I’m definitely looking for more of a flatmate who could become a friend rather than someone who simply wants a place to sleep!

A little about me: I’ve lived in London for just over a year after previously living and working in Chicago for 3 years. I was lucky enough to transfer to London with the same company and now work a hybrid schedule, splitting my time between working from home and the office in Farringdon.

Bills are not included in the rent and would be split between us. This includes water, gas/electricity, wifi and council tax.
