We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom mezzanine flat in Notting Hill (W11), with the room available from early September.

We’re not just looking to fill the room, we would like to find someone with good vibes, someone who is easy going and who will enjoy being part of the flat in this lovely area😊

A nice bonus: heating and hot water are already included, so you won’t have to pay anything extra for either of those.

📍 Location

The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat. We’re in a quiet residential part of Notting Hill, but just around the corner from Portobello Road and Portobello Market, with loads of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.

Westbourne Park station is literally around 2 minutes’ walk away, with the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, so getting around London is really easy.

👋 A little about us

I’m Mena, 28. I was born in the UK, grew up in Tenerife, Spain and my parents are from Egypt. I speak English, Spanish and Arabic.

I work as a lawyer and have a hybrid working schedule. Outside of work, I’m into loads of different sports, with Muay Thai probably being my favourite. I love nature, music, cooking and finding cool places to eat.

My flatmate Sushil was born and raised in Gran Canaria, Spain and has been living in London for the past 10 years. He speaks English, Spanish and Hindi. He’s also a big foodie and loves tennis, sports, music and generally keeping active.

We’ve been friends for a few years and the atmosphere at home is really easy-going. We both work full-time and have our own lives, but we also enjoy hanging out, cooking, or doing something together when it happens naturally.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who we’re looking for

Ideally, we’d love someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going who wants a home rather than somewhere they simply sleep.

You absolutely don’t need to spend every evening with us — we’re all about respecting each other’s space — but it would be nice to have someone who’s up for the occasional chat or spontaneous plan.
