This three-bedroom flat is located just off of the famous Portobello Road. The balcony overlooks a communal garden, which the flat can access.
The flat has high-quality fixtures and fittings, and plenty of storage space has been fitted.
We are two professional ladies in our early 30s living in the flat. We work in PR and Marketing; both love to travel and work hard at our health and fitness.
The room available is on the smaller side. It has a great wardrobe and special storage under the bed; however, there is no room for a desk in the bedroom. As such, the living room will be the only workspace for the third person, and so we ideally are looking for our third flatmate to WFH no more than one day a week to keep the lounge a communal space free of video calls.
The house is not a party house, but we would like to meet occasionally for a glass of wine.
