The room is a spacious double bedroom with lots of storage space: a large built-in wardrobe, drawers and shelves.

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large bright living room with steps down into the kitchen.

You would be sharing the flat with me, an Irish girl in her late 20s working as a lawyer.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Westbourne Park tube (Hammersmith & City/Circle line so within easy reach of the City)and 10-15 minutes walk to Notting Hill Gate station. It's a great area and the flat is minutes away from Portobello Road so lots of great shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Rent is £845 pcm, bills come to about £150 each pcm. The initial deposit would be £1, 170.

The landlady is great, pretty hands off but always very responsive and helpful if anything is needed to do with the flat.

The room will be available from the beginning of August (there is a possibility it may be free earlier but we won't know until closer to the time).
