YouâÂÂll be sharing the house with three professionals (Karen, Abby and John). Great space for socialising, however this is not a party house (non-smoking house).
Six weeks deposit and one monthâÂÂs rent upfront is required, plus a work reference. Estimated bills average around ã50 per month (inc. council tax, water rates, gas, electricity, and wireless internet, cleaner and general cleaning products). 3 Months minimum stay.
We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly, however this is not a serviced apartment. The cleaner is paid ã40 and it is rotated by each person. We are only looking for someone who is honest and trustworthy, clean and tidy and is willing to share the daily household tasks.
