Hi - I'm Sophie, the landlord and looking for two lovely tenants for my flat in Notting Hill.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat both tenants are leaving on the 1st of July to move abroad. Each room will cost £1,400 plus bills.

Having lived in the flat - I can say the biggest plus is the garden which is a sun trap in the daytime - perfect for BBQ's or just sitting out and reading the paper. The flat has SO much storage and the bedrooms are a great size.
