Notting Hill - Two Minutes to Central Line

Relaxed house with king size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom which also has an additional walk-in double shower for sole use. There is an extremely large wardrobe with of plenty of storage. The room overlooks the communal garden. It is exceptionally quiet but very close to all amenities. (All the usual utilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher - Miele).

We are looking for someone who wants a home as much as anything. Ideally, sociable, easy-going with a sense of humour and just gets on with things. There is an outside garden table which seats eight-plus with BBQ.

There are two flatmates in the house, one who leaves each Friday for his house in France and returns late Monday evening and the other is just starting up a small import company. We enjoy all the normal things, cooking, wine, socialising etc.,

The tube is no more than two minutes away and a comprehensive number of bus routes are less than a minute away. The neighbours are all lovely and, respectfully, friendly.
