1 year minimum term. The location is fantastic - 15 minutes walk from the central line and Notting Hill Gate, and 5 mins walk from Portobello Rd Market or Westbourne Park station. There are 11 bus routes! within 4-10 minutes walk. Also it is on a pretty quiet street of Victorian houses, including this one. To have such a quiet, pretty street in the middle of this rich and vibrant area (one of the most desirable in London) is a real blessing.

I am looking for a tidy male / female to share the flat with me, long term. You will occupy a large spacious room. Water included. If you like peace and quiet at home, this is perfect for you, because I often travel.

I am British, worldly, male, and an IT technician. I like hyde park and the gym (there are many gyms, restaurants, etc nearby). I don't drink or smoke.

The rooms biggest strength is it's size: the floor space combined with the high ceilings give a genuine feeling of space and comfort and there is fast wireless broadband in the flat. The kitchen, bathroom etc, are only shared with you and me, since there are 2 bedrooms.

There is a good kitchen with a gas cooker/ oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine - all full size and in good order and the kitchen was newly fitted recently.
