Notting Hill-Lovely flat overlooking garden square

Hi,

I'm Linda, I am Australian and have been in London for 14 years. I work full time as a Web designer.

My current flatmate has sadly moving back to Australia.

I have a spare double room available in a lovely Victorian flat that overlooks a communal garden square.

Short walk from Portobello road and the variety of restaurants on Westbourne Grove. Convenient for walking to Hyde Park and Holland park also. Such a great area to live in.

I am looking for a non-smoker professional who is tidy, friendly, considerate and will treat the flat like their home.

I am usually out and about quite a bit over the weekends seeing friends for dinners etc. During the week i usually go to tennis, gym and chill out..

The flat is really homely and comfy with a separate kitchen and lounge area. A new bathroom and carpet also. It has high ceilings and fireplaces.
It is not a party flat, but rather a nice place to come home to.
