The room is furnished with a Double bed, Large Wardrobes and a desk..

The flat has an Eat-in Kitchen with Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher machines. It has a bathroom with power shower, seperate toilet and also includes a balcony with large shared garden for the Summer months.

Sharing with 3 young (27-40yo) professionals and a Cat! We work in Music & Hospitality fields, so we're fairly creative, sociable people who enjoy hanging out, having dinner or a few drinks when nights off line up occasionally! At the same time, we obviously respect each others space and privacy.

We're looking to rent the room from the 1st Jan, but anytime from the 23rd onwards is possible too.

Excellent location! 2 mins from Royal Oak, Bayswater and Queensway Stations, aswell as being a stones throw from Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Loads of buzzy places to eat and drink in the area and excellent transport links (Paddington, Queensway Bayswater, Royal Oak & buses).

We sadly wouldn’t be able to consider additional Dogs or Cats as we already have a cat who wouldn’t be happy about it. Other pets could be considered.
