The property is located on the first floor, at the rear of a Victorian building (no traffic noise), overlooking a garden through a large Sash window. It is located less than 5 minutes walk from Notting Hill Tube and the amenities of Portobello Road.

A fully equipped kitchen, microwave, Washing Machine, Smart TV, mood lighting, electric heater, LOTS OF STORAGE, USB sockets, complimentary WiFi and all bills, except electricity, are included.

There are no 'hidden' charges, as I am the landlord, and not an agent.

The shower and the toilet are on the same floor and are shared with 2 other ladies, but the kitchen is private and inside the room. The hot water is on demand, continuous and does not run out. The shirt facilities are cleaned three to four times a month.
