1 available room + bathroom to rent. Quite spatious, quiet and great location. Very peaceful setting. 5 min walk to Notting hill gate station and is close to the bus stop too.

There is also a lot of storage/cupboard space for your items. You will have your own sofa, table, private bathroom (with bathtub) etc. The suggested rent value is due to its prime location, large flat and large private garden. Maximum stay is 6 months, but happy to extend the contract for 1 year or so.

I am an easy going, organised and calm person, so I am looking for a professional, someone that is tidy, respectful and calm. I would kindly ask that the flatmate does not bring external guests due to security reasons without notice.

Bear in mind council tax may cost around 2000 p/a. Check RBKC notting hill.
Energy bills and water not included, but shouldnt cost more than £100/150 x month (energy) and approx 1000£ (water, per annum 2 people). Wifi is included in the bill.
